His journey began at the tender age of 13, working alongside his father in plumbing. With a degree in architecture, Thomas further honed his skills by working with a mechanical engineer before ultimately finding his true calling in construction. His love for the industry is driven by a relentless focus on process and efficiency. Thomas thrives on setting up streamlined approaches to ensure every project runs smoothly, even when faced with the inevitable challenges and changes that come with construction. For Thomas, the end goal is always clear: delivering high-quality results through meticulous planning and execution.

Mike’s roots in Greece deeply influence his approach to construction. With 25 years in the industry, his expertise is built on a foundation laid by his father, a skilled tiler. With a background in communications, Pamela takes care of many important tasks that help the business run smoothly.
