We undertook a comprehensive renovation of an Upper East Side colonial brownstone walk-up, transforming it into a harmonious blend of classic charm and modern elegance. We meticulously reconstructed all the moldings to restore their original grandeur while incorporating subtle modern touches. Additionally, a spacious walk-in closet area was created, offering ample storage and a touch of luxury. The bathrooms were completely renovated, combining modern fixtures with timeless design elements to create serene and sophisticated spaces.
