We undertook a comprehensive renovation of an Upper East Side colonial brownstone walk-up, transforming it into a harmonious blend of classic charm and modern elegance. The kitchen received a full update, featuring sleek countertops, state-of-the-art appliances, and contemporary cabinetry that enhanced both functionality and style. The staircase, a central element of the home, was modernized with refined finishes and a streamlined design, creating a seamless transition between floors. We meticulously reconstructed all the moldings to restore their original grandeur while incorporating subtle modern touches. Additionally, a spacious walk-in closet area was created, offering ample storage and a touch of luxury. The bathrooms were completely renovated, combining modern fixtures with timeless design elements to create serene and sophisticated spaces.
