TOMAK completed a beautifully detailed interior renovation on this Upper West Side residence located on West 73rd Street, in collaboration with interior designer Rebecca Amir Design. The project included a full custom kitchen remodel featuring soft sage cabinetry, brushed brass fixtures, and a handcrafted tile backsplash. TOMAK also installed new flooring transitions and refinished existing hardwood to create a seamless flow throughout the open kitchen, dining, and living areas. Custom entryway cabinetry and built-ins were designed for elegant storage solutions, while updated trim, doors, and ceiling details added architectural interest. The home’s muted palette of blues, creams, and warm wood tones is brought to life with vintage-inspired lighting and high-end finishes, thoughtfully curated by Rebecca Amir. From the classic inset cabinetry to the layered textures and cozy layout, this renovation blends timeless design with everyday functionality.
